I started playing the guitar many years ago by learning how to read guitar tabs. I had purchased a guitar “kit” with guitar, amp, cord, case, etc. It was not the best quality, but I was happy with it. I saved my money for about a year and was able to buy a new guitar of a little better quality. Boy what a difference in the sound and quality. When I went to the music store, I was not embarrassed to try the guitar out before I purchased it. I played bits and pieces of different songs. It was extremely worth every cent.
