Bluetooth is a truly amazing technology which has yet to reach its peak, though it is getting more and more popular every day and has been adopted by almost all manufacturers as the standard for interconnection of mobile and other devices. Bluetooth technology is used everywhere in Mobile phones, Bluetooth iPods, laptops, palmtops and many more. The major feature of this technology is that you can send any data (text, audio, video file) to any device utilising the same technology, within approx a 30 feet radius. This means that connecting devices together via bluetooth inside a vehicle is a cinch as we are only talking distances of a few feet - far less than bluetooth maximum range. The technology is already fairly cheap and the bluetooth manufacturers are already working on the next phase of bluetooth with higher transfer speeds and even more features to further enhance car audio with bluetooth services.
